3 INGREDIENT HEALTHY PANCAKES!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour (you can make your own by blending oats in a blender or food processor)
  • 1 ¼ cup nut milk of choice (cashew milk is my favorite)
  • 1 banana
  • coconut oil or olive oil for frying
  • vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Heat skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Fry the pancake in the skillet and when it starts to bubble, flip it. 
  4. Serve the pancakes with berries, bananas, nuts, or sugar free peanut butter!
