3 INGREDIENT HEALTHY PANCAKES!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour (you can make your own by blending oats in a blender or food processor)
- 1 ¼ cup nut milk of choice (cashew milk is my favorite)
- 1 banana
- coconut oil or olive oil for frying
- vanilla extract
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat skillet over medium high heat.
- Fry the pancake in the skillet and when it starts to bubble, flip it.
- Serve the pancakes with berries, bananas, nuts, or sugar free peanut butter!
