welcome to living room!
Living Room is the young adults ministry of Big House that meets every Monday of the month (except holidays). We are a community that pursues a life together through worship, the study and discussion of God’s word, and fellowship - both in and outside our meeting time. We desire to see greater sanctification for the individual and communal maturity as we pursue relationship with God and each other. Our hope is that all who come encounter God in a powerful, revelatory, and transformative way.
We’re going Unplugged + on tour!
We have been regularly meeting on Mondays at various bible study locations or at 3177 Virginia Beach Blvd in the Big House Offices (annex) space. However as of April 5th, 2026 that space is temporarily closed (learn more here)… so we’re exploring! Here’s our upcoming schedule:.

Meet your young adult Pastors
We are Justin and Elizabeth (Liz) Montgomery, and it is our honor to lead young people to fall in love with Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit. Our heart is to see confident, healthy, and whole sons & daughters of God become more like Jesus, and thus more fully themselves.
Every week, we see God show up in and through this amazing group of young people in our community. Come be a part of the beautiful body of Christ.
