We are in the final stretch until our new home comes to life and before we know it, we will be moving in! No more pop up church. No more last minute rehearsals. No more piling in kids on top of each other. We will have room to breathe and even more so - to walk in the fullness of what we’re made to do: love God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength and to love our neighbor as ourself.

Our goal to finish well for the capital building campaign we launched in 2023 is to raise another $1,000,000 by March 2026! Will you pray and seek God for how He can give through you? Below, you’ll find the different avenues of giving and also specific dates that we are coming together as a church to bring our commitments and gifts before the Lord.

Ways to Give

Online - Fill out form on this page to set up re-occuring gifts or a one time gift. All online payments are received through a secure portal.
Checks - Please make checks payable to Big House Church with memo Time to Build. If mailing, our address is 3177 Virginia Beach Blvd. Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
Cash - If giving cash, please put in an envelope labeled with your name (unless desiring to be anonymous) and “Time to Build” to designate your gift to the campaign.
Stock Donation - By giving securities you can eliminate paying capital gains tax on appreciated stock by donating it directly to Big House. Click here for directions on how to donate securities.

- When is our estimated move in date? Spring 2026.
- How large is the building? 45,000 total square feet.
- How many people can the sanctuary fit? 1,000 people
- Is it handicap accessible? Yes. We have ramps, ADA approved bathrooms, and an elevator to the 2nd floor.
- Will there be designated spaces for all ministries? Our Kids, Youth, and Offices will have their own Wings. Plus we have a Multi-Purpose room that can hold up to 150-200 people as well as some other smaller meetings rooms on the 2nd floor.
- How much do we need to raise to finish the project? $1 million will get us to move in! There may extra things we want to add in the future that may require above and beyond giving, but we will cross that bridge when we get there.
- How much should I give? The kingdom is built on equal sacrifice, not equal gifts.We will not ask anyone for a specific amount. Give freely as you follow the leading of Holy Spirit. The Bible teaches that the most important thing is to give from a generous heart and not out of obligation or compulsion. (2 Corinthians 9:6-7)
- How do I find out my current giving amount and progress? You can email our Finance Team at finance@bighousechurch.com and they will let you know your status.
- PRAY. There is power in your prayer. Here’s some thing on our list:
  - Wisdom for our Building Team, Campaign Team, and Staff + Elders
  - Unity and Clear Prophetic Vision
  - Protection of the Property and all involved
  - For His Glory to dwell on this land
- Volunteer! With an expanded space our Kids Ministry will need to double in size due to the increase of classrooms. Additionally, we will be creating a new parking and hospitality team for Sunday mornings!
- Give: Help us get into this building by next year! We’re so close to the finish line and we know that as we give sacrificially, God will build HIS house.
