SWEET BANANA

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil
- 2 over ripe bananas (the riper, the better)
- 1 tbsp. organic peanut butter
Instructions
- Heat oil skillet over low-medium heat for two minutes.
- Meanwhile, take your bananas and cut them into two (length ways).
- Add the oil and after a few moments, add your bananas to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes. When your bananas are soft and gooey, flip them for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with the peanut butter. You will never know you are on a fast with this sweet treat!
