SWEET BANANA

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil
  • 2 over ripe bananas (the riper, the better)
  • 1 tbsp. organic peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Heat oil skillet over low-medium heat for two minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, take your bananas and cut them into two (length ways).
  3. Add the oil and after a few moments, add your bananas to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes. When your bananas are soft and gooey, flip them for another 10 minutes.
  4.  Serve with the peanut butter. You will never know you are on a fast with this sweet treat!
