OVERNIGHT OATMEAL
INGREDIENTS
- cup rolled oats
- cinnamon
- banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk (cashew is my favorite)
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 TBS chia seeds
- Nut of choice (again, can't go wrong with cashews)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix everything except apple and nuts in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
When you're ready to eat, top with chopped apple and nuts.
Enjoy!
Pro tip: Tastes great with other fruits such as blueberries or strawberries!
