OVERNIGHT OATMEAL

INGREDIENTS

  • cup rolled oats
  • cinnamon
  • banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk (cashew is my favorite)
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • Nut of choice (again, can't go wrong with cashews)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix everything except apple and nuts in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.

  2. When you're ready to eat, top with chopped apple and nuts.

  3. Enjoy!

Pro tip: Tastes great with other fruits such as blueberries or strawberries!
