INGREDIENTS
ROASTED VEGGIES
- 3-4 cups veggies
- Carrots, Broccoli, Zucchini, Sweet Potato, Red Onion (Anything you like)
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary
- olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees.
Toss the veggies in oil and spice mix and spread out on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the veggies are fork tender.
Pro tip: For a more substantial meal, serve with brown rice.
