INGREDIENTS

ROASTED VEGGIES

  • 3-4 cups veggies 
    • Carrots, Broccoli, Zucchini, Sweet Potato, Red Onion (Anything you like)
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • olive oil

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Toss the veggies in oil and spice mix and spread out on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the veggies are fork tender.

Pro tip: For a more substantial meal, serve with brown rice.
