WINTER SALAD

INGREDIENTS

For the salad:

  • 2 cups green leaf of choice
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cran-raisins 

For the dressing:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbs  lemon
